Shipping
For International Delivery please contact me for delivery prices and timescales.

All shipping in the U.K. is free.  I send packages first class mail (on orders less than £30) or special delivery (for orders more than £30).

Dispatch
I will try my best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In many cases you will receive it within a week. If for any reason, I cannot send your jewellery within two weeks, I will contact you immediately to let you know the expected waiting time.

Pricing
All prices are in Pounds Sterling are inclusive of VAT.

Payment
I use Pay Pal’s Shopping Cart system which is integrated into my website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to Pay Pal’s own secure site where you can complete your purchase. I do not see your card details at any time. I also accept cheques and postal orders through the post.

Damages/Returns
Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 5 days of receipt for replacement. You may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods.

Please note that, due to hygiene regulations, I cannot accept the return of earrings.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for returns are packaged securely. It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting, as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. After 28 days all sales are considered final and no refunds or replacements will be given.

Custom-made orders
If I have made a custom-made piece of jewellery to fit a specific size, I do not normally offer a refund for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods.
